SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the n-frames LLC text messaging service. By opting in to receive SMS messages from n-frames LLC, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

n-frames LLC offers an SMS notification program to provide customers with:

• QuickBooks integration project updates and status notifications
• Appointment reminders for discovery calls, demos, and meetings
• Important service announcements and project milestones
• Customer support communications
• Technical updates and system maintenance notifications

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our website forms, you:

• Expressly consent to receive text messages from n-frames LLC at the mobile number you provided
• Confirm that you are the mobile phone subscriber or have authorization to provide the number
• Understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services
• Agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded marketing and non-marketing messages

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your project and communication needs. You may receive approximately 2-4 messages per project. Frequency may increase during active project phases.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile phone plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan and rates.

5. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Service availability may vary by carrier.

6. How to Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from us
• Emailing us at privacy@n-frames.com with your phone number and request to unsubscribe
• Calling us and requesting to be removed from our SMS list

After you send the STOP command, we will send you a final SMS message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt-in again.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, n-frames LLC is not liable for:

• Costs associated with receiving SMS messages (data/message rates)
• Delays, failures, or errors in message delivery
• Any damages arising from your use of the SMS service
• Content of messages or accuracy of information provided

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless n-frames LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the SMS service or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
